Day 34 - Heavy Connection Timed out problem

Time: 8:00am - Acceptable
2:00pm to 12:30am - Worst

Browsing Experience:I open my computer before I go to work to check my internet connection - Everything is loading fine with some minor delay on loading. Then I checked my Wimax Device status and see that Lease Obtained is year 2007. After that I set my computer to shutdown at 12:30nn and then I leave it on.
I arrived back home at 1:30pm, open my computer at 2:00pm then I noticed that my Lease Obtained year is now 2010(current date) and my signal became 1 to 2 bars. I still monitor my slow internet connection until 11:00pm then I decided to restart my device. After that I checked status and my Lease Obtained year is now back to 2007 but still nothing happens, I still keep getting "Your Connection has timed out" and "Server not found".
