I have reported and gave my website link to Smart Communication Inc. Facebook Account on Sunday, September 19 at 8:46pm. Smart Cares have sent me a private message on my Facebook today at 12:31pm saying:

7:10pm – Ping is now back to normal, Trace route latency is very low. I tried browsing Starcraft 2 website and everything is loading fast and it is using all my bandwidth (125kBps) which is good. Starcraft website is full of graphics so this is a great website to test my download speed.
9:55pm – Started having some delay. I checked my trace route and see that there are some high latency again.
10:20pm – Started having high ping and many request timed out.
11:00pm – Ping started to get back to normal with some random high ping.
11:05pm – Ping is now normal. Websites are loading fast.

Good thing nagreply sila sayo. 3days na walang sakit ng ulo ko sa smarbro wimax dahil 3days na rin wala kaming computer so d ako makagamit ng net kaya walang sakit ng ulo :)

hmmm, siguro dapat nga pagandahin nila connection mo kasi alam nila sikat na blog mo.

Sure no problem sa pag share. Mas maganda yun para mapilitan ang smart or other ISP na ayusin ang service nila.
Ngayon hirap ako sa pag browse ng websites. Sobrang dami ng Request Timed out sa Ping ko. Sana nga ginagawan nila ng solution ang problems ko kasi iba talaga ang naging status ng internet ko ngayon. Nawawalan ng signal tapos sobrang dami ng request timed out.
Sa office nalang ako mag internet. Mabuti pa yung SmartBro Canopy sa office namin walang problem.
Hello! bago lang po ako sa smartbro wimax world. Just got my device yesterday. The customer rep said to me that it is still not activated and im still stuck on the running lights. I hope my ecperience in using this service would be ok.
Question lang po. How do you get in the GUI or the motorola cpe? kasi im a bit of a control freak so i have to check every little detain once in a whileand i have a very strong technical backgroud about this matter.
Did smart provide you a password for the device?

Wala bang agent na pumunta sa bahay nyo kasi sakin nag schedule muna sila for signal test then nung meron nakuhang signal binigay na yung device sakin and ready na for use yung device.
You can access your wimax device by entering 192.168.15.1 on your browser. If it ask you for password try entering motorola because it is the default password.
